Game Time Mini's

1 can chicken
3/4 cup barbeque sauce (hot wing sauce is really good too, but spicy)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 blue cheese crumbles
1 green onion, chopped
sandwich thins mini's

melt cream cheese in skillet. stir in blue cheese crumbles, add chicken, barbeque sauce, green onion and stir well.
spoon chicken mixture onto mini's.

sliced tomatoes

Chicken Salad Sandwich

cooked, shredded chicken breast (or canned chicken breast)
chopped green onions
chopped celery
almond slivers
Mayonnaise
croissants

Mix the chicken, Mayo, green onions, celery and almond slivers. Put the mixture in the croissant for a delicious sandwich.
