Spinach Pesto Manicotti

Manicotti
frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
1 egg lightly beaten
2 cups shredded italian cheese blend (8 oz)
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup pesto
1 lb cooked ground beef (or turkey burger or sausage or another meat)
1 big can crushed tomatoes or jar of alfredo sauce or tomato sauce

Mix the spinach and the beef together. Cook the manicotti a little bit. Pour a little bit of the alfredo sauce on the bottom  of the pyrex pan. Stuff the manicotti with the beef/spinach mix.  Lay the manicotti's in the pan. Pour the rest of the alfredo sauce on top of the manicotti. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
