Funeral Potatoes

cooked, cubed potatoes (or a 2 lb. frozen package of hash browns/ cubes)
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup butter
Crumbled corn flakes mixed with melted butter to sprinkle on top of the potatoes
cubed ham (optional)

Mix everything together and bake.
