Cake Pops

from the kitchen of bakerella.com

Lollipop sticks
1 box cake mix(cook as directed for a 13x9 cake)
1 can cream cheese frosting
1 package melting chocolate (either milk chocolate or colored chocolate is fun)
wax paper

After cake is completely cooked and cooled, crumble into a large bowl.
Mix thoroughly with one can of cream cheese frosting.
Roll mixture into quarter sized balls and lay on a cookie sheet. (should make about 45-50 balls)
Put the lollipop sticks in the cake balls.
Chill for several hours. (you can speed this up by putting it in the freezer)
Melt chocolate in microwave per instructions on the package
Roll balls in chocolate and lay on wax paper until firm. (Use a spoon to dip and roll in chocolate and then tap of the excess)
It might be easier to stick the lollipops in Styrofoam to dry
