Chocolate Mint Brownies

Brownie:
4 egg whites, beaten stiff and set aside
2/3 cup shortening
2 cup sugar
4 egg yolks
1 1/3 cup mil
1 1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
7 TBS cocoa

Frosting:
2 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 TBS milk
1/2 tsp mint extract
few drops of green coloring

Chocolate Sauce:
1 cup chocolate chips
6 TBS butter

Instructions: Cream shortening, sugar and egg yolks. Add milk, four, salt, vanilla and cocoa. Fold in egg whites and bake in a jelly roll pan pan at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Freeze for 10 to 15 minutes, then frost.

Frosting: Cream frosting ingredients together. Add green coloring to your preference. Put in freezer for another 10 to 15 minuts, then spread on Chocolate sauce.

Chocolate Sauce: Melt chocolate chips and butter in double boiler
