Layered Salad

from the kitchen of Pam

Layer the following ingredients in a 9x13 pan:
Shredded lettuce
chopped celery
3 chopped green onions
1 can water chestnuts
frozen peas

Spread 1 cup light mayo over the top

mix together:
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
season salt
1 TBS sugar
Then sprinkle the mixture over top of the mayo

Cover the salad with saran wrap and let it sit in the fridge.

Before you serve the salad add the following ingredients on top of the salad:
Crumbled bacon
2 sliced hard boiled eggs
3 tomatoes wedged
